Done-for-you B2B outbound
Your smart outbound sales consultant.
I'm Ryan. Nearly a decade in B2B sales, backed by the outbound intelligence system I built. I research your market, build and personalise the campaigns, run the outreach and hand qualified conversations to your team.
No retainer. Pay for qualified leads. No software for your team to run.

The problem
Most outbound fails before a single email is sent.
It rarely fails because of the sending. It fails because of everything that should have happened first.
Lists bought, not built
Generic exports filtered on job title and headcount. No evidence the company has any reason to care right now.
Research that gets thrown away
Whatever was learned about a market lives in a spreadsheet, then a new campaign starts from zero and pays to learn it again.
Personalisation in name only
A merge field in the first line does not make a message relevant. Decision-makers can tell, and they stop reading.
Why Leadlifter
The intelligence behind your outbound.
Experience tells you who is worth contacting and what to say to them. Leadlifter is what makes that repeatable — the intelligence system I built and put every campaign through, keeping research, targeting, messaging, pre-launch QA and performance connected. It's mine to operate, not yours.
Research that compounds
Nothing I learn about a company or a contact gets thrown away. It is kept and structured, so the second campaign into a market starts from what the first one learned, and anything that has gone stale gets refreshed rather than rebuilt from zero.
- Company and contact research is retained
- Previous intelligence reused where it is relevant
- Stale information refreshed, not started again

Campaign intelligence
Nothing sends until targeting, messaging and offer have been checked against your ideal customer profile. I review every campaign while it can still be changed.
- ICP fit checked per prospect
- Message reviewed against the offer
- Issues surfaced pre-launch, not post-mortem

Reporting you can audit
Every campaign leaves a trail: what was researched, what passed QA, what was launched and how it is progressing. When I report back, the reason a prospect was chosen is still attached to the message they received and the outcome it produced.
- Research coverage and campaign readiness
- Sequence and variable QA
- Campaign activity and outcomes tracked over time

How it works
You brief me once. I run the rest.
Leadlifter is mine to operate. There is nothing for your team to learn, install or log into.
- 01
Define the target
I work through your market, your best-fit customers and the outcome you want, until the target is specific enough to be worth researching.
- 02
Research and build
I research the companies and the people, build the messaging around what I find, and put the campaign through review before it launches.
- 03
Launch, qualify, hand over
Campaigns go live and I handle the replies. Interested prospects are qualified and booked into your calendar.

What clients say.
From companies I have run campaigns for, anonymised to industry and role at their request.

“Partnering with Ryan has been a real turning point for our sales development. He quickly understood our market and the types of clients we were trying to reach, and within weeks we were seeing a noticeable increase in qualified meetings. His outreach strategies helped us engage with procurement teams and decision-makers we'd struggled to access before.”

Commercial model
You pay for agreed results.
There is no retainer. You pay for the qualified leads we agree in advance, and we agree what counts as qualified before the campaign starts. That way a result means the same thing to both of us. I work as an extension of your team, and terms are shaped around the outcome you want, so it's worth a conversation rather than a price table.
No one selling outbound can honestly guarantee meetings. What I can do is be serious about targeting quality and campaign optimisation, and be straight with you about what is and is not working.
Who actually does the work?
I do. I run every campaign end-to-end, from the first piece of research through to the replies that come back, on the Leadlifter system I built.
How quickly can campaigns launch?
Most campaigns can be researched, built and launched within a few days, depending on how specific the targeting needs to be.
Who do you work with?
B2B companies selling considered products or services into other businesses, where the buyer is a specific decision-maker worth researching properly.
Do you provide the prospect data?
Yes. I handle prospect research, contact sourcing and campaign setup. There is nothing for your team to prepare.
What counts as a qualified lead?
That is agreed with you before a campaign starts, based on who you want to reach and what a genuine opportunity looks like for your business. Fixing the definition up front means performance is not a matter of interpretation later.
What outreach channels do you use?
Email is my primary channel, run as multi-step sequences rather than one-off sends. I add other outbound channels where they genuinely improve a campaign, not by default.
Are the messages personalised?
Yes. They are built from the research I do on the company and the role, not a merge field dropped into a template.
